Store Policy & Shipping

All Items are non-refundable, ONCE YOUR PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED. 
However we offer store credit with the following criteria:
      • Within 7 days of receipt of your shipment
      • In original condition 
      • Unwashed and Unworn
      • In the original packaging 
Are there any charges for returns for store credit?
There are no charges for return. Original shipping charges is non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping charges.

How do I return?
Send our customer care an email at, stating the reason for return, providing the order number, and show proof (pictures). The customer care department would contact you via email approving or denying your request. If your order is approved, you'll receive a confirmation email, providing shipping address and guidelines. 

How soon will I receive store credit?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item as well as the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your account, within 1-2 business days.


Your request will be handled and shipped within 5-7 days after payment is processed. We require a signature to guarantee your items reaches you at the right door step.
